Thursday, May 29 & Friday, May 30, 2025
Outside Summit registration and badge pick-up will begin Thursday, May 29, following an industry job fair hosted that same day in partnership with Basecamp. A full day of programming takes place on Friday, May 30 (8 a.m. – 6 p.m., approximate), followed by evening festivities, setting the stage for the larger Outside Festival on Saturday and Sunday in Civic Center Park (festival times are 1 p.m. – 10 p.m., approximate). The Outside Summit badge grants badge holders access to both days of the Outside Festival, as well as pre-festival activities and gatherings over the weekend, plus entry to an Outside Summit lounge on the Festival grounds. Summit badge holders will receive a complete schedule of Outside Festival and Summit events, times, and locations in advance.
Summit Speakers & Programming:
The 2025 Outside Summit speaker lineup features sessions with celebrated pioneers and rising stars. The lineup of speakers is subject to change and will be regularly updated at theoutsidesidesummit.com.

- The Outside Summit is open to 18+ attendees.
- What does my Summit badge include?
- The Summit Badge provides you with access to all Summit programming and includes one 2-day GA+ ticket to the Outside Festival (a $920 value).
- Register for 5 or more Summit Badges in your order and receive $50 off each entry.
- What does my Summit badge with VIP upgrade include?
- The Summit Badge with VIP upgrade provides you with access to all Summit programming and includes one 2-day VIP ticket to the Outside Festival (a $1024 value). VIP benefits include a prime viewing and hospitality area near the Main Stage, exclusive food vendors and a private bar, expedited entry, and a shaded seating area.

- How do I redeem my Festival tickets that come with my Summit badge?
- You get GA+ admission to both days of the Outside Festival as part of the Outside Summit! You also have the opportunity to upgrade these tickets to VIP by registering for the “Summit Badge with VIP Upgrade." Your appropriate GA+ or VIP wristband will be included in your registration materials upon checking in on Thursday, May 29.
- How can I access a Summit Badge with Outside+?
- Please visit our ticket purchase pages here. Enter your Outside+ code in the bottom left “Enter access code” section of the page to reveal special member offerings.
- I applied for the qualified Summit badge discount, how do I redeem my badge if I qualify?
- Our qualified Summit badges are available on a first-come first-serve basis to those who qualify. Should you be awarded a badge, you will receive an email from our ticketing partner, events.com, directly instructing you to register for your badge. The discount code will already be included. Please add “noreply@events.com” to your email address book to ensure delivery.
- Are group registrations available for the Summit?
- Yes! Simply go to the corporate sales portion of the ticketing website. One person will be able to facilitate the process on behalf of the group to ensure proper registration. - Will we know who will be attending the Summit ahead of the event?
- Yes, opt in to have your information shared with fellow Summit attendees at registration and you’ll be looped in to our efforts to help facilitate networking throughout the Summit.
